Different activities have different needs. Ask about clothing, shoes, equipment and whether a parent should stay. Do not purchase specialist equipment before checking with the instructor.
Talk about what to expect
Keep the conversation simple: your child will meet an instructor, see the space and try something new. They do not need to arrive already knowing how to do the activity.
Leave time to settle in
Allow time to find the branch and meet the team. Share any practical information the instructor needs directly with staff.
Reflect together
Afterwards, ask which part they enjoyed and whether they would like to return. Our team can discuss the appropriate class and explain the current fees and enrolment process.
